Selection of suitable types of wood

Drilling
A hole is then drilled in the center of the scantling, which is prepared for the installation of the sleeves. These sleeves are a central component of many high-quality woodworking projects, such as wooden pins. The sleeves are glued into the pre-drilled holes to ensure a stable connection between the wood and the mechanism.

Turning the sleeves
The next step takes place on the lathe, where the cantel, including the glued-in sleeves, is brought into the desired shape.
